Bloodline and Clan Rules
Creating a clan or being part of one is an integral part of the Ninja World. Many Ninja fight for their clan, or to defend it. A clan can bring a sense of unity or a bond to those who might otherwise not have one. Additionally, a clan can have jutsu unique to them.
However, a clan has to abide by the following:
----Clan Generalities----
- Nobody is allowed to be a member of two clans at once.
- Transplants of clan abilities, elements and bloodlines are not possible.
- Merging of multi-clan abilities is also not possible.
----Creating a Clan----
- You cannot create a clan that already exists in canon.
- You must create your bloodline and/or element BEFORE creating the clan.
- Bloodlines are registered as jutsu.
- Each clan can have up to ten unique jutsu (bloodlines are counted as jutsu in this instance as well so you can have, for instance, an ocular bloodline and up to nine jutsu to go with it).
- Only the clan's leader can create the unique jutsu.
- These unique jutsu must be tied to either their advanced element, or their bloodline.
- A clan cannot have multiple bloodlines.
- Your clan cannot share the doujutsu/bloodline of a pre-existing clan. However, it can be similar, within reason. (I.E: it must be mechanically different, and look different, but it can reach the same end goal such as viewing chakra networks)
- Note: a clan's advanced element is not unique. Another clan can share an advanced element, but not the jutsu that another person's clan has already associated with it.
