Travelling Rules
1. Travelling is instantaneous and no part requires mod approval unless specified elsewhere.
2. You cannot be in more than one village at a time.
3. To travel between villages, you need to make a relevant post in the village you leave, and a second arrival post at your intended destination. Please put the “Village Exit” or “Village Entry” tags in your topic title for the relevant posts.
4. You must have left all topics involving other characters or players before you can leave a village.
5. Under normal circumstances, you cannot be stopped from entering a village.
5.5. If the village has closed its gates to a group that includes an entering character, the entering character puts a “Forced Entry” tag in the title. If this topic is not responded to in 48 hours, the character is automatically able to enter the village.
-- Involving Invasions --
6. If the character(s) attempting to enter a village and is also attempting to attack the village, the invader must put up a “Invasion” tag instead of simply a "Forced Entry" one.
6.5. In this case, if nobody responds within 48 hours, or all respondents are killed, all inhabitants - [NPCs and player characters] are considered dead.
6.6. Fleeing attempts are allowed but do not contribute to the 48-hour required response time. However, this allows your characters a chance to stay alive if there are less attackers than there are village inhabitants. (See rule 7)
7. If there are more attackers than there are player characters in the defending village, then fleeing is automatically permitted (and cannot be stopped) for the inhabitants of the village. All player characters that have fled become wanderers, and must resume their roleplaying from a topic set outside of the village.
