Mission Rules
1. Only staff and Kage/Leaders of their corresponding village can put up missions to be done. Kage do not have to pay the mission out of their own pocket. (Kage missions can be anything they want that is relevant to their character or the world around them. However, all rewards must first be approved by staff.)
2. Your character must be at least Genin rank before they can perform missions.
3. Active Village Leaders/Kages cannot voluntarily take part in missions (unless the mission forces them to do so, in which case they cannot claim a reward from it).
4. All participants on a mission are required to do their share of the total word count divided by how many people are doing the mission. For example, a 1,000-word count mission with a 4-man-cell makes each member only able to contribute 250 words at most to the total.
5. The location specified on the mission is where the thread must be made.
6. All missions can be repeated by anyone who meets the requirements, unless stated otherwise.
7. The mission will be reviewed on its content as well. For instance, if you spend the entire wordcount conversing within the village, then complete the objective in ten words, it will be denied. You can go over the wordcount required in order to enable further character development, but make sure that the mission makes up a good chunk (at least 50%) of the required wordcount.
8. All members of the mission receive the posted ryo reward, but have to decide among themselves how any item rewards will be split. To claim rewards from the mission, the participating characters must have entered the mission topic within its first half and contributed meaningfully to the mission (or tried to at least). All characters must also post their share of the wordcount
before the required wordcount is met.
9. To claim a mission reward, please post on the mission topic with your wordcount and a link to the completed mission's topic(s). A staff member will then add the reward onto your account. If this is not done within 48 hours, please post in the 'Contact the Staff' subforum.
----Missions and Ranks----
• E and D-rank missions may be done alone fairly safely. Higher rank missions do not HAVE to be done as part of a group but those going solo from the lower ranks are advised to be extra careful!
