[i]To swap an item between banked and carried, the roleplayer/character must do so in-between topics.

If the topics take place in chronological order, then the item cannot be swapped in until the most recent topic. I.E: If three topics are running at the same time in one village, then an item is swapped out after the first topic, the ninja will not have it swapped out until after the third.
